Saturday Drop Box Service … A Handy Box For Your Convenience

Location: outside the 2 Fix It The Cobbler store, to the left of the front door.

Expected Timeframe for Repairs: we endeavour to fix your repairs within 24 hours from Monday when our store opens.

Payment: upon pick up.

How to Use Our Drop Box Service

1. Fill Out Repair Form (located on wall above drop box)
2. If unsure of your repairs, tick the ‘quote’ box and we’ll SMS you on Monday morning.
3. Add the form to your item to be repaired as securely as possible.
4. Open the drop box (where it says ‘pull handle here’)
5. Shut the drop box
6. Expect a SMS message on Monday in regards to the status of your repairs.
7. We’ll let you know when your repair is ready to pick up, and payment is upon pick up.
